AEI has been warning for a long time all aviation related people and institutions about failing regulators. Majority of plane crashes are avoidable when there is a proper control and oversight on aviation industry.

Most current evidence of our words are 2 B737 MAX crashes.

Even US governmental body accepted the aviation authority of US failed in 737 MAX certification.
